Acting is an art form and you want to take roles that are challenged and it's more of a challenge I think to play dark characters. Not that I want to always play those, but it is a challenge and challenges are rewarding and fun.

 Self portraits that I took few months ago but did nothing with. Ran into them in my computer this evening and made a little change to them. There is something about them that I like, but they also scare me a little bit.. When I took them I wasn't really thinking about anything like that.. more thinking about  this guy. Quite happy! But the eyes on the pictures just stared at me..so it made me think - Are you being watched?
After staring back at them I think they are just little bit cute ;) Like Ronja Ræningadóttir with face paint..lots of it:)

Had such a great day yesterday. First I went shopping with my friend Guðrún, I bought lot of Christmas presents. I love spending money, buying something that I know make the people that I love the most, glad. After that I went to the airport to pick my best friend, Sólrún up. She came to visit me, soooo sweet of her. We spent the day looking into some beautiful stores in Reykjavík and than set and ate at The Laundromat Cafe, place that I really like. After driving a little bit around looking at all the nice Christmas lights that people have started putting up we went to one more store to buy those perfect donuts, cup cakes and an Icelandic Christmas drink, malt&appelsín - the best ;* Cozy. We spent the night watching X-factor, Friends with benefits( do I have to mention how sweet and hot Justin Timberlake is in it? !) and just talking and listening to These are the special times with  Celine Dion ...not bad! When Sólrún had started snoring .. I closed tumbrl and also my eyes. 

Say a man and a woman both need something to sleep in and both go to the same men's pajama department. The man says to the salesman, "I just need bottoms," and the woman says, "I just need a top." They look at each other and that's the 'meet cute.'

This is the place I love the most. The place I will always call home. Can't wait to go home to my family for Christmas ;*

I painted this picture and gave my best friend because she simply loves Jack White. I had seen a similar picture of him that I couldn’t stop thinking about. I ended up quite happy with this one :)     

My friend was so happy with it that made me even more happy:) As she said on her tumblr when she posted picture of it : ,,This is hanging on my wall! It’s amazing - can’t stop staring at it :) Go check out her tumblr. She’s incredibly talented and I love her so so so much! "

Because I'm now studying in Reykjavík I'm 5 hours of driving from her - but she's going to visit me next weekend. Looking forward to it!
